The Proceedings of the International Conference on Light at Extreme Intensities will be published by American Institute of Physics (AIP).

The printed book and its online version will have the Volume number in the AIP Conference Proceedings Series, ISSN and ISBN, and will be registered at the Library of Congress.

The proceedings papers must comply with the ethical standards as described at http://www.aip.org/pubservs/ethics.html.

The manuscripts should be prepared in the 6 3/8x9 1/4 inch (162x235 mm) format. The files should be submitted as PDF with all fonts embedded.

The final version of the Volume manuscripts will be prepared according to the Author Instructions for AIP Conference Proceedings. Detailed instructions to authors are available online as a PDF file. MS Word templates are also available online at http://proceedings.aip.org.

It will be necessary a copyright releases signed by at least one author for each paper. The signed copyright releases should be sent to the Volume Editor along with the manuscript. (Please note that the exception at the bottom of the form is for U.S. federal government employees only). In addition, authors must submit written permissions from publishers of material to be reproduced if it has already been published elsewhere.

Authors wishing to have offprints (reprints) prepared should fill out the Order Form for Offprints (www.aip.org/proceedings) and submit it along with their paper to the Volume Editor.

Color can be added to the print version for an additional fee. Authors are charged directly if they wish to have color printing in their papers.

The Proceedings will be published online on the AIP website virtually simultaneously with the print version. The online access to these proceedings will be made available to all registered conference participants for one year from the proceedings publication.
